How the migration runs, step by step

Free Webflow audit and CMS mapping (24 hours)
We go through your Webflow project: page count, each CMS Collection and its item count, Components, custom code, interactions and any apps. You get a mapping that shows how each Collection becomes a WordPress Custom Post Type with ACF Pro fields, and a fixed quote within 24 hours.

WordPress setup, CPTs and ACF (Day 1)
We install WordPress on your chosen host, create a Custom Post Type for each CMS Collection and build ACF Pro field groups that match your Webflow fields (plain text, rich text, image, date, reference and so on). The theme is styled to match your Webflow design.

Static pages (Day 1-2)
Static pages are rebuilt in WordPress with your chosen builder, from Webflow's code export when your plan includes it (it's only on Workspace plans) or from the live site. Components become reusable blocks or template parts, and custom CSS goes into the theme stylesheet.

CMS Collections (Day 2-3)
Webflow's code export leaves out CMS, Ecommerce and localized content, so each Collection is exported as a CSV file. Every item is imported as a WordPress post with its ACF fields filled in, reference fields become ACF Post Object or Relationship fields, and images are downloaded into the media library.

Interactions (Day 3-4)
Webflow interactions don't carry over to WordPress, so we rebuild them with CSS or GSAP. Common patterns such as scroll fade-ins, parallax and hover states are rebuilt as they are; long multi-step animations are simplified where that helps speed or usability.

Redirects and SEO (Day 4)
Every Webflow URL, including Collection paths like /blog/item-slug, gets a 301 redirect to its WordPress permalink. Titles, descriptions and Open Graph images move from Webflow's SEO settings into Yoast or Rank Math, and the sitemap is regenerated.

DNS cutover (Day 5, or Day 7 on Professional)
We point your domain at the WordPress host, submit the new sitemap in Search Console and check that conversion tracking fires. Your domain registration stays where it is unless you ask us to move it.

Why migrate from Webflow to WordPress?+
Usually because content editors find the Webflow Designer hard to learn, because you want to choose your own host, or because you need integrations Webflow can't do natively, such as detailed SEO schema, marketing automation and membership flows. Webflow gives designers fine visual control, so if that is your top priority, weigh it before moving; Elementor or Bricks come closest on WordPress.
Will my Webflow design transfer to WordPress?+
We rebuild your static pages in WordPress with Gutenberg block patterns or Elementor, using Webflow's code export where your plan includes it, and match the design closely. Interactions don't carry over, so we rebuild the important ones with CSS or GSAP and simplify long multi-step animations.
What happens to my Webflow CMS Collections?+
Each Collection becomes a WordPress Custom Post Type, and each field becomes an ACF Pro field of the matching type (plain text to text, rich text to WYSIWYG, image to image, reference to Post Object). Webflow exports Collections as CSV files, which we import so every item arrives as a WordPress post with its fields filled in.
Can I keep my domain?+
Yes. Your domain stays registered where it is, and we change its DNS records to point at the WordPress host. If you want to move the registration to another registrar as well, we can handle that separately.
Will Google rankings drop after a Webflow to WordPress migration?+
Nobody can guarantee rankings after a migration. A complete 301 map from every Webflow URL to its WordPress equivalent, with titles, descriptions and Open Graph images carried over, removes the avoidable causes of loss. Google says permanent redirects don't lose PageRank and that rankings can move around for a while as it recrawls the site.
What about Webflow Ecommerce?+
Webflow Ecommerce moves to WooCommerce. Webflow exports products, variants and categories to CSV from the Designer, and orders export to CSV from the Orders tab. We import both into WooCommerce. Store migrations are on the Professional plan ($299).
What about Webflow memberships?+
Webflow shut down its own User Accounts feature on January 29, 2026 and points membership sites to partner apps such as Memberstack and Outseta. If your site runs memberships through one of those, we move the gated content and access levels to MemberPress or Restrict Content Pro on the Enterprise plan, quoted after the audit.
Can you preserve my Webflow custom code?+
Custom CSS and JavaScript from your Webflow custom code settings is carried over. Scripts that depend on Webflow's page structure are adjusted to the WordPress markup, and we list any code that needs changes in the audit.

Professional is $299 for up to 500 pages with CMS Collections mapped to ACF, or a Webflow Ecommerce store, delivered in 7 business days.
