What's included in the migration price?
Every plan includes the content and data move, a 301 redirect map, SEO checks, testing on staging and the cutover. The plans differ in page limit, revision rounds, support level, warranty length and whether a store, database or custom integration is part of the move.
Which plan fits my site?
Starter covers sites of up to 50 pages without a store. Professional covers up to 500 pages, including online stores, database moves and integrations. Anything larger, multi-site or custom-built gets a custom quote. The free audit tells you which plan applies before you pay.
How long does a migration take?
Starter migrations are delivered in 5 business days and Professional migrations in 7 business days. For Enterprise work the delivery date is written into your quote. Emergency migrations of Starter-size sites run in 24 hours at the plan price plus 50%.
What counts as a page?
Each page, blog post, product page or category page counts as one page; on Drupal that is one node and on Joomla one article. Tag, author, search and paginated archive pages don't count, and neither do images, files or redirects. The free audit counts your pages before you pay, so you know which plan applies.
When do I pay?
50% when you accept the quote and the rest when the migration is complete, as set out in our terms. Delivery time is counted from the day we receive the deposit and the access we need.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If we cannot complete your migration as agreed, you get your money back. Refunds are not available once the migration is complete. Enterprise projects follow the terms in their quote.
What happens after the warranty period?
Starter includes a 30-day warranty and Professional a 90-day warranty. After that you can buy extended support or pay for individual fixes as needed.
