Shopify Plus, B2B and larger catalogs move on Enterprise, with a custom quote after the free audit. Our $99 Starter plan doesn't cover stores, so Shopify migrations start at Professional.

Professional migrations are delivered in 7 business days, counted from the day we receive the deposit and store access. Enterprise migrations, such as Shopify Plus, B2B or larger catalogs, get a delivery date in the written quote after the free audit.

Yes. Shopify can't import customer passwords from another platform, because they're encrypted outside Shopify. After the import, customers are invited to create a new password for their account. We brand the invitation email and explain why it's needed.

Nobody can guarantee rankings, and Google notes that rankings can fluctuate while it recrawls a moved site. A careful migration removes the avoidable causes of loss. We build a 301 redirect map from every old product, collection and CMS page URL to its Shopify URL, and move meta titles, descriptions, alt text and schema markup.

Yes. Historical orders are imported after products and customers, with line items, customer links, dates and totals, so your team can look up any past order in Shopify. We pause staff order notifications during the import, because Shopify would otherwise send one email per imported order. New orders run in Shopify from cutover.

We re-install and set up your apps on the new store, including reviews, shipping, tax and email. Active subscriptions and custom integrations such as ERP, 3PL or B2B portals are Enterprise work: scoped in the audit and priced into the quote when you need them.

Yes. Adobe ended Magento 1 support in June 2020, so those stores no longer get security patches. We map the catalog and custom attributes, rebuild B2B features you rely on and keep the order history. The free audit returns a fixed quote within 24 hours.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. That covers Shopify Plus setup, multi-currency and multi-market configuration, B2B catalogs and price lists, and checkout or discount logic rebuilt with Shopify Functions, since Shopify Scripts stopped running on June 30, 2026. Mention Plus in the contact form so the quote covers it.

We reconnect the tracking you already use, such as GA4, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, on the new store and check during the test order that purchase events arrive. Your campaigns can point to the new Shopify URLs once cutover is done.

Professional includes a 90-day warranty and Enterprise a 1-year warranty. If a redirect, product, app or checkout step breaks in that time, we fix it at no extra cost. Ongoing support after the warranty is quoted separately.
